Michelle Ann Sison, CPA, is a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience across Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Insurance, and IT. She combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to lead and inspire.

A Journey of Excellence

Michelle served as Head of Operations - Private Equity at S&P Global, where she drove strategic initiatives and optimized operations. Prior to this, she was a Senior Private Equity Operations Specialist where she excelled in process improvements and client relationship management.

​

Her analytical skills were sharpened at LEESMAN Ltd as a Data Operations Support Analyst, using data to enhance decision-making. At PRUDENTIAL PLC she managed complex accounting functions and ensured compliance. Early roles at SHELL and DELL built her foundation in accounts payable and data entry.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has earned a CIMA Dip MA. Her skills include strategic leadership, financial analysis, process optimization, data analytics, and client relationship management.
